When I moved here in 2007, I knew this place was going to get better and better. Why are people negative about this change. It is going to happen, people. Give it time. Changes don't happen overnight. Kenmore is PRIMED to be a great location: By the Lake, Burke Gilman running through, schools serviced by the top school district in the state. I am not blowing smoke, here. As a daughter of recently retired, prominent real estate developer and architect, who has had much exposure growing up seeing property development and improvements--I'm not blowing smoke here. I didn't move here for nothing, folks. I don't look at this place with a jaded eye. I look at this place, filled with promise and potential. I am excited over the changes happening in Kenmore.
