		<description>I was nearly caught in the traffic problem yesterday and, frankly, I&#039;ve come to expect NO police presence in these circumstances. The only time I see a significant presence from the police in Kenmore is at the &quot;school zone&quot; at the elementary school where the police stand at the main cross-walk with their radar gun. Seems as if that&#039;s a priority rather than making sure 1000&#039;s of cars/vehicles can smoothly navigate through our fair city. 

I hate to sound so negative, but 522 can be a very difficult and dangerous place when the power goes out.</description>
