The only time I see a significant presence from the police in Kenmore is at the "school zone" at the elementary school where the police stand at the main cross-walk with their radar gun. Seems as if that's a priority rather than making sure 1000's of cars/vehicles can smoothly navigate through our fair city. I hate to sound so negative, but 522 can be a very difficult and dangerous place when the power goes out.
